DJS Research Ltd strengthens team with four promotions and two new hires: Following significant expansion in recent months, the Cheshire-based market research agency DJS Research is pleased to announce a raft of promotions and two new hires. These appointments bolster the operations and research arm of the business, as well as reinforcing a focus on mar-comms.
Matt Coulling, operations director at DJS Research, had the following to say: “These promotions reiterate our commitment to internal development and progression, and demonstrate our continued desire to invest in the operations department in order to better support our research team and ensure client expectations are exceeded on every possible project. We are planning additional hires later in the year as part of our growth strategy.”
DJS Research is pleased to announce the following promotions:
Alistair Smith, who joined DJS Research in 2011, has been promoted from senior data executive to operations manager for data services. Alistair has overall responsibility for all aspects of data analysis and scripting, and manages a team of around ten data executives.
Liam Higgins, who joined DJS Research’s research team in 2013, has been promoted to senior research executive from his previous role of research executive.
Matt Walker, who joined the team in 2014 as junior research executive, has received his second promotion to the role of senior research executive.
Beth Harcourt, who also joined DJS Research in 2014, has been promoted from her previous role of marketing and communications assistant, to marketing coordinator.
The Cheshire agency also welcomes two new members of staff on a permanent basis:
Christine Scally joins the team as a field recruitment executive. She will work with Anthea Thompson to work on qualitative recruitment projects.
Holly Slater also joins the DJS Research team on a permanent basis as field recruitment executive. She will be responsible for managing B2B and B2C recruitment projects, as well as continuing to work with the agency’s specialist education market research department, VoicED.
In an effort to reach its turnover target of £4 million and continue its period of rapid expansion, DJS Research also announced its refreshed graduate recruitment scheme in June, with the aim to take on three junior research executives in the coming months.
His experience in editing includes work on behalf of the European Commission, the Financial Conduct Authority, and numerous county councils. He has worked extensively for Plain Language Commission.
